Fitness 189, formally known as The Club, have been providing services to its members for over 20 years. We offer a wide variety of health and fitness options. We currently provide 19 aerobic classes weekly, free-weights, weight machines, cardio, racquet ball, basket ball and tanning.

Other amenities include, men and women’s locker rooms. Each locker room includes; showers, lockers, steam room, and sauna.

15 and 20 Minute Beds.

Fitness 189 is the perfect place to accomplish many of your fitness goals.

Fitness 189 offers child care so you have the time available to get fit without interruption. The child care fees are $20 per month for two children. For each additional child the fees increase by $10 per month.
The hours for Child Care are Mon-Fri 8:30 AM—12:00 noon

We offer low monthly payments for a one year membership. A basic one year membership is $30 per month. Add a family member for an additional $25 per month. Come by and see us for additional package deals.
